4. Cancellations & Refunds

Not all canceled orders are qualified for a refund. Refund requests must meet one of the following criteria for consideration: (a) should you be unable to use a purchased product and/or any of its features despite it being explicitly stated on our website as consisting of such feature(s); (b) the product does not work properly due to a technical or compatibility problem with the software that we are unable to solve; (c) any other reason due to which you are unsatisfied with the product (within our 30-day trial period).
