We receive lots of messages and while we are very happy to fix our plugins, often, the issues are related to other factors. Before reaching out please make sure you read the following information carefully.

• If you have a technical issue, make sure you carefully read the associated FAQ and checked your PHP Error Logs.
• Explain your issue as briefly and clearly as possible. We need to reproduce exactly the issue you are experiencing. Use some screenshots (try SnipBoard), or record a screencast (try ScreenCapture).
